Are VIP Experiences Transferable?

Some events may be eligible for transfer. If you’d like to check whether your event qualifies, please contact our support team. All transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Requests must be submitted to support@travel.crypto.com at least 14 days before the event with:

  • Your full legal name

  • Booking details

  • New attendee's full legal name

Important Notes:

  • Name changes or attendance transfers are not final until you receive written confirmation. Additional documentation, ID verification, or fees may apply.
